From the time we stepped down in Mumbai to the time we flew out of Delhi, we saw as much. Awesome shopping everywhere, the ever so changing colours of an ahh-mazing sun sets in Goa, early morning prayer at the Golden Temple in Amritsar, yaks and horse riding in Shimla/ Kufri, Taj Mahal in Agra, Pink city in Jaipur, tiger safari in Ranthombhore, one night stay at the Lake Palace, Udaipur. The driver was great, to be able to drive through Delhi the way he did, has my greatest admiration. Only if you have been driving in Dehli you will understand. Great driving. The guides were great too. Looked after us very well. Never felt unsafe or threatened at any time. Acommodation was the best, very friendly and helpful. Food was good , plenty available. After 10 days eating indian food we felt like a change , had chinese instead. Just because we could. One person told me, if you have been to india once, you will go again and again.
